The Executive Committee of SDA Moldova is an independent collegial body empowered to decide on a limited number of issues, such as:

• review and approval of SDA Moldova’s periodical reports required by project agreements;
• approval of SDA Moldova’s internal policies and operational manuals;
• perform other duties related to the entity’s Steering Committee.

The members of the Executive Committee are the chair of the Steering Committee (who also acts as the chair of the Executive Committee), a representative of the civil society or the private sector from the Steering Committee and the Executive Director of SDA Moldova.
