The Executive Committee of the Millennium Challenge Account Moldova is a collegial body empowered to decide on specific issues, such as:

• approval of the detailed financial plans and other implementation documents and also relevant amendments;
• review and approval of periodical reports on project implementation and use of project funds;
• approval of internal policies and operational manuals of MCA Moldova etc.

The members of the Executive Committee are the deputy chairman of the Steering Committee (acting as chairman of the Executive Committee), a representative of the civil society or the private sector from the Steering Committee and MCA Moldova Executive Director.
